This Maya woman is from San Antonio, on the shore of
Lake Atitlan,
Guatemala. She wears the distinctive style of clothing from that village, including her finely woven striped blouse (huipil) and the "christmas ornament" gold necklace. This photo catches just a hint of her gold-edged front teeth as well.
